Frequently Asked Questions

Q:  How quickly will I receive my products and how much is your shipping/handling charge?

A:  You'll receive your CDs in about 1-2 weeks and your locker room prints in about 2-3 weeks.  Shipping/Handling is $4.95 per order.  We do this to encourage you to think of all the gifts you are buying in the near future, order them at one time and pay just that $4.95 charge.

Q:  We want the products immediately -- can you rush our order?

A:    We can only rush CD orders.  Just choose the "Express" option during checkout (fee is $25.00 per order) and you will receive your CDs in 72 hours or less.  We will send them via FedEx, UPS or USPS.

Q:  What is your return policy?

A:  Any CD that is mispronounced or any print that is misspelled (because of our error) will be redone, at no cost to you.  We encourage you to spell names phonetically for CDs and to double check the spelling on the prints.  We want what you want - 100% accuracy.   

Q:  What's the difference between your licensed and non-licensed CDs?

A:  In the licensed versions (NFL, MLB, NBA, NHL NASCAR and NCAA) we use the logos and say the actual names of the teams.  In the non-licensed versions (like hockey, soccer and basketball) we don't.  The non-licensed versions are of similar length and audio quality, but you will not hear "real" team names.

Q:  Why can't I have real player names next to my custom name for the college locker room prints?

A:  NCAA rules don't allow companies to use existing college player names with any commercial product.
